By registering or submitting forms via Sanaris, you consent to receive communications related to your healthcare services, appointments, and membership updates.
User Data
Sanaris does not claim ownership over your personal data. By using Sanaris, you grant us a license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for purposes related to managing your care and services.

Prohibited Conduct

Termination
